Batanes used to be one of the most exotic destinations because of its location until more flights started operating the route. Situated on the northernmost tip pf the Philippines, about 162Km north of Luzon mainland and about 190km south of Taiwan, this charming province is like a differnt world compared to the rest of the Philippines provinces. It's blessed with distinctive rolling terrains, and beaches and coves that are quite edgy with its unique rock formations and shorelines. There are 10 islands in Batanes and the locals are called Ivatans, Batanes natives known for thei exceptional hospitality, pureness and high respect to nature.
